Our current intermediate size BioSettler150s have a cylindrical diameter of 150 mm with varying heights to provide internal liquid volume of 3.5L and 5.0L and have a separate stainless steel stand. Liquid and gas inlets can be pumped in to the BioSettler through one or more of the peripheral ports on the top cap. In addition to the peripheral ports, each BioSettler has a top central port on the conical top cap (not visible in these photos) for clarified effluent or outlet stream. The settled cells, cell clusters or organoids can be removed from the bottom central port.
